Rocky Handsome: Emotional Story Of Man, Little Girl, Says John

John Abraham’s upcoming Rocky Handsome looks like a heavy-duty action film but the Bollywood actor says that the story of the flick is rather emotional. Helmed by Nishikant Kamath, the story revolves around a seven-year-old girl who is kidnapped and a man’s journey to get her back. He further said that he feels happy that an action genre film is supported by an emotional story.

John who has also co-produced the film said, “Any amount of action is not enough if it is not backed by great emotion. The action is bound to work for the film as it is backed by the emotions. ‘Rocky Handsome’ is an emotional film between this man and this little girl”.

The actor who previously said that “Rocky Handome is the answer to Hollywood” has undergone strict training to learn various forms of martial arts for his role. Talking in the regard, John said, “I trained for about one month in a special art form on knifes. Working with knifes is dangerous, I trained in Thailand. I also trained in art forms like Aikido, Hapkido and others. When you have an athletic body and you couple it with great action the results can be astounding”. Rocky Handsome is all set to hit the theatres on February 5.
