Saif Ali Khan Signs Aanand L Rai’s Next Production

There is no stopping for Saif Ali Khan; currently the actor is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film, Rangoon. Other than this, he has also signed Akshat Verma’s untitled project, Jugalbandi and Raja Menon’s Chef, the shooting of which is ongoing. But the interesting news is that Saif has collaborated with Aanand L Rai for his next production which will be helmed by Navdeep Singh.

The dark, peculiar love story with a twist is what fascinated the 46-year-old actor. Navdeep’s last project, NH10 starring Anushka Sharma also depicted a dark, tight, tense and horrifying environment. The film was highly appreciated by the audience and created ripples at the box office.

Talking about Saif’s Rangoon, the film is set against the backdrop of WWII, during the time when India was struggling for independence. The film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Kangana Ranaut, Kangana is playing an actress Julia in the film. Rangoon is slated to release next week.
