Sanjay Leela Bhansali To Collaborate With Viacom 18 Once Again!

Finally, it is a relief for filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali . The most anticipated project Padmaavat has hit the screens and is storming the box office in the home country as well as overseas. And in midst of all these, another mind-blowing news has flourished. The filmmaker is all set to start another project soon.

It has been heard that Bhansali will be collaborating on a project with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures once again. A source close to the filmmaker has shared, “It will be yet another big-budgeted musical epic. Bhansali can’t think small — even when his films have been designed as modestly budgeted as Black and Guzaarish were, they have turned out to be massive in scale. Ideally, after Padmaavat, Bhansali would like to do something smaller. But he can’t. Viacom is already looking at a budget of approximate  Rs 150 crore to Rs 175 crore for their next film with Sanjay”.

Thus it seems the filmmaker has no time to waste and has moved on after having drastically fought for his last film. The source further added, “It’s been one hell of a journey — he has already moved on. What kept him going through these months of nightmarish ordeal was his producers; they were fully supportive and always receptive to Sanjay’s agony and pain He is yet determined to go on with another project.
