Sidharth Malhotra To Play Desi ‘Rambo’

If you are a great fan of lover boy Sidharth Malhotra then we have some great news for you. The Student of the Year actor has reportedly been offered the lead role in the official Hindi remake of classic Hollywood movie ‘Rambo’. Earlier this year there were rumours of Bang Bang director Sidharth Anand casting Hrithik Roshan as the lead actor.

According to a source, “Talks with Hrithik didn’t materialise and then Sidharth Anand, the director, approached Sidharth Malhotra to star in his ambitious project. Sidharth has liked the idea of the film but everything needs to be in place before he signs it. He is currently busy shooting his next action film with Jacqueline, post which he has the Ittefaq remake and Aashiqui 3 lined up. So, both of them need to plan the entire thing before making an announcement”.

Sylvester's portrayal of the battle-hardened John Rambo has always been one of the most-loved performances delivered by him. According to the latest buzz, the Siddharth Anand directorial is expected to hit floors in 2017. Sidharth Malhotra will also be seen in Aashiqui 3 opposite Alia Bhatt.
