Sonam to be a Disney girl with Khubsoorat!

Remember the 1980 classic comedy Khubsoorat? The film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee featured Ashok Kumar, Rekha and Rakesh Roshan in the lead roles and still remains all-time favourite for many! The film is all set to be remade in the same name with Sonam Kapoor portraying the character of the feisty girl, once played by the beautiful actress Rekha.

The official poster of Khoobsurat which released today can definitely be defined cool and vibrant! This teaser poster shows the half lower part of Sonam Kapoor wearing a pair of polka dot trousers and flower-print shoes. Sonam Kapoor was the first to post the picture on a social networking website. The glamorous actress tweeted “Hi guys! The teaser poster for my film #khoobsurat! Directed by shashank ghosh! Gorgeous actress Sonam Kapoor would be romancing Pakistan heartthrob Fawad Khan in the movie, while Kirron Kher, Prosenjit Chatterjee, Ratna Pathak and Aamir Raza Hussain would be seen in supporting roles. Directed by Shashanka Ghosh and produced by Rhea Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Siddharth Roy Kapur, the film is all set to hit theatres on September 19!
