Sonam Kapoor recovered; gets discharged from hospital

Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, who last appeared on the silver screen with Dolly Ki Doli, was hospitalised for three days. The actress apparently fainted at an airport after suffering from severe exhaustion and high temperature. Sonam was then rushed to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai, where she was diagnosed with respiratory infection.

The Delhi 6 actress took to micro-blogging site to interact with her fans. She tweeted an image of her being in the hospital and wrote, "Hate being sick... Oowie." Sonam was reportedly shooting for Sooraj Barjatya's Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo in Karjat, when she collapsed.

A source close to the unit said, "She started getting nausea and uneasiness on the sets. She was immediately rushed to Mumbai and admitted to the hospital."

A friend of the actress revealed, "The doctor has told us that it was like an asthma attack and the condition was severe respiratory infection, which led to whizzing and uneasiness, for which she was treated."

The beautiful lady who was under complete bed rest for three days is expected to return to the sets today.
