Taapsee Teaches Rana Hindi

Actor Taapsee Pannu has a thing for language. First, this Punjabi girl bagged her role in Akshay Kumar-starrer Baby because of the way she spoke Urdu — crisp and clear. Now, one hears that she has been helping actor Rana Daggubati with his ­spoken Hindi.

According to a source, “Rana, who is a star in regional cinema, is ­fluent in languages such as Tamil and Telugu. He also speaks Hindi quite well, but he isn’t as ­fluent. So, during the shoot and promotions, Taapsee would often help Rana with diction and pronounciation of certain Hindi words,” says a source. And that’s not all. “Sometimes she even turned a part time ­translator for him,” adds the source.
