This Bollywood Actress Might Pair Up With Akshay Kumar In Gold!

There is no stopping for actor Akshay Kumar. He has signed some films which have a unique and interesting plot. Among them is Reema Kagti’s Gold. The film is a biopic on the life of Balbir Singh, the distinguished hockey player who bagged three consecutive gold medals for India in the 1948, 1952 and 1956 Olympics. These days Akshay Kumar is featuring with off-beat actresses.

In Airlift, he featured opposite Nimrat Kaur, Taapsee Pannu in Baby and now he is doing a film, Padman, which stars Radhika Apte. The latest buzz is that he might feature opposite Swara Bhaskar. As per sources, “The team was looking for someone with acting prowess. After considering a few names, they chose Swara Bhaskar. They have approached her and she will soon sit for a narration and decide.”

If everything goes well, this will be the second time that Swara will be paired opposite an A-list actor. Earlier, she essayed the role of Salman Khan’s sister in Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. “Swara’s last film Nil Battey Sannata did well critically and commercially, the makers feel she’s got the perfect mix for a film like Gold,” the source added. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar will be seen in upcoming films like 2.0, Pad Man, Crack and Mogul in 2018.
