Tiger Shroff Confesses On Being A Victim Of Hardcore Depression

Little did we expect that actor Tiger Shroff, who appears to be the most sorted actor of the industry, would undergo depression. The actor last starred in A Flying Jatt revealed that he went under depression post the failure of the film. This is not the first time that an actor is being candid about being a victim of depression, Deepika Padukone was among them who had a meltdown on the camera while she shared her overwhelming  story of combating depression.

Speaking to a leading portal, Shroff confessed about undergoing hardcore depression, he said, “This year I started on a high with Baaghi (2016). I was over the moon when it opened on 12 crore and did 15 crore on a Sunday. For a newcomer and for a second film, that’s pretty good. And then kept going up. But when the numbers for A Flying Jatt came in, I thought, ‘I put in so much work, why didn’t they like it?'”

Revealing how he fought his depression, Tiger said, “A month of hard-core depression. A lot of emotional eating. When I started shooting for Munna Michael, I was still in that mindset. I didn’t have any drive. But after I finished my first schedule, I thought, ‘I can’t wait for people to see this now.'”

On the work front, Tiger is prepping up for the release of her upcoming film Munna Michael, which is  a dance drama directed by Heropanti and Baaghi helmer, Sabbir Khan. Earlier, rumours were rife that Tiger’s lady love, Disha Patani might feature in the film. However, the filmmaker put an end to all such rumours. Munna Michael also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Ronit Roy. Fans how excited are you?
