I Want Taimur And Laksshya To Be Good Friends Like Kareena And I: Tusshar Kapoor

I Want Taimur And Laksshya To Be Good Friends Like Kareena And I: Tusshar Kapoor

Actor Tusshar Kapoor’s son Laksshya turned one earlier this month and his star-studded birthday party saw him bonding with six-month-old Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, son of actors Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

It already looks like the kids are going to take the legacy forward and turn out to be great friends just like their parents. In fact, Tusshar says that he and Kareena often talk about their babies and how they want them to be close pals.

“Whenever Kareena and I speak these days, we are always talking about Laksshya and Taimur — things our babies have done or enjoy doing. Like other parents, amid everything else, discussing our babies has become the most important subject. Given that Kareena and I, are good friends and our families also share a close bond, we plan them [our babies] to be great friends too,” says Tusshar.

To pave the way for the friendship, Tusshar shares that he and Kareena have also decided that they will make their children meet often once Taimur grows up a little more. “Kareena and I want them to bond over games. Taimur is too young now. Once he grows up, we have decided to organise frequent play dates for them,” adds Tusshar, who made his debut in Bollywood alongside Kareena in Mujhe Kucch Kehna Hai (2001).

Tusshar became a father on June 1, last year, through surrogacy. Saif and Kareena became parents on December 20 last year, four years after they got married. Saif also has daughter Sara Ali Khan and son Ibrahim Ali Khan from his first marriage with actor Amrita Singh.
