War Chhod Na Yaar 2 in pipeline?

An Indian war-comedy, War Chhod Na Yaar, starring Sharman Joshi and Soha Ali Khan in the lead roles, is yet to be released but the makers of the flick are also planning for its sequel now. Managing director of the producing company, AOPL Entertainment, Prashant Narayanan, is pretty confident about the flick’s success, “We believe in the film and I am sure it will work. The subject is strong and the response that we have got so far for the film is very positive.”

Prashant Narayanan further stated, “We are packed with a Malayalam film till September 2014. In Hindi, we are getting a lot of scripts and we were thinking why not to have War Chhod Na Yaar 2? It`s a kind of story that can be moulded. There may be a part two, you never know.” He also said that it’s a low budget movie but the makers have not done any compromise with its plot and other things.

Directed and written by Faraz Haider, War Chhod Na Yaar also features Jaaved Jaaferi, Sanjai Mishra, Mukul Dev and Dalip Tahil in the key roles. The flick is scheduled to release on October 11. Its music is composed by Aslam Keyi. Promos of the film have recently hit the theatres and created a lot of buzz among the viewers.
