When Taapsee Pannu thrashed Saqib Saleem 'black and blue' in squash

Actors Taapsee Pannu and Saqib Saleem hail from Delhi and that’s not the only thing the two have in common. Fitness has become a common ground of friendship for the actors, who were shooting together in the Capital for their next film, Makhna. Apparently, both have been challenging each other with fitness sessions and are having a great time while at it.

“Taapsee is more of an outdoors person than someone who prefers hitting the gym. And she persuaded me to join her for a couple of sessions of squash where she beat me black and blue. But we had a great time when we played the game and it was a good way to work out,” laughs Saqib.

However, the Hawaa Hawaai (2014) actor did take his revenge from Taapsee. “I made her slog it out in the gym in my way while we are shooting for our film’s schedule. Now, post Naam Shabana [Taapsee’s last release], she has got into great shape. For the last schedule of our film, it will be great to work out with her again. I am sure I will beat her to it again,” adds Saqib.
