Is Sunil Grover Quitting The Kapil Sharma Show? Here's What The Comedian Has To Say!

A lot has been said about the Kapil Sharma-Sunil Grover tussle, but little official word has come from the horse’s mouth. But now, Grover, who is a cast member of The Kapil Sharma Show and was allegedly assaulted by Sharma aboard a flight, has finally provided an update.

Speaking to The Times of India, the comedian said that “I can’t talk about it right now. I will need few days time only then I can talk about it.”

On March 21, Grover, in a long Twitter message spoke about the incident, saying that Sharma shouldn’t “act like God.”

This was in response to a message tweeted by Sharma a day prior, in which he seemingly apologised for his behaviour. “I love him.. I respect him.. yes I had an argument with him but are we not normal people..?I shouted at him first time in 5 years,” he wrote.

When asked about the reports of other actors like Chandan Prabhakar, Ali Asgar and Kiku Sharda also boycotting the show, Grover told TOI: “I don’t know who has quit and who is still part of the show. I have no idea about it.”

On March 20, it was reported that Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover got into an heated altercation on a flight. An inebriated Sharma was said to have hurled abuses and physically assaulted his co-star on the flight.
