Angelina Jolie desires to play Anastasia Steeles role in Fifty Shades of Grey movie

British author E. L. James erotic novel Fifty Shades of Grey is creating waves in Hollywood and most of the actors are fascinated by the book and the latest star to be impressed by the bestseller is none other than Tomb Raider actress Angelina Jolie. The imaginary story throws light on a yet to be deflowered girl who is gradually smitten by the charms of Christian Grey. The Hollywood hotty has expressed a desire to play the role of Anastasia Steele in the movie adaptation of Fifty Shades of Grey. A source was quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror, ''Angelina kept hearing about the book while she was in the UK shooting for Maleficent. All the girls on set were talking about it and how it's being made into a film. Angelina went out and bought herself a copy, thinking she'd love a part in the hot topic on everyone's lips at the moment. The source added that after reading the book she knows the film is bound to be a huge hit. ''Ange is dead-set on a major part. She's up for the challenge,'' the source stated. Earlier Hollywood actresses Emma Watson, Katie Cassidy and Scarlett Johansson have also showed their interest to play the character.
