Angelina Jolie Finally Opens Up About Her Split With Brad Pitt

Actress Angelina Jolie, who was in Cambodia for the world premiere of her directorial flick, First They Killed My Father, has opened up about her much-hyped split with estranged husband Brad Pitt. The Salt actress went to the screening with all her six kids. Interestingly, her eldest son, Maddox was adopted in Cambodia, itself. Angelina referred this film to be a tribute to the region, where she filmed, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider.

“I don’t want to say very much about that, except to say that it was a very difficult time”, Jolie said referring to Pitt. She added, “And we are a family and we’ll always be a family. And we will get through this time and hopefully be a stronger family for it.”

On how she is coping up with the tough time, Angelina said, “My focus is my children, our children … and my focus is finding this way through. And as I said, we are and forever will be a family. And so that is how I’m coping”. The multi-talented actress further said that she is looking for ways to make the most of the present circumstances.
