A few days ago, Ben Affleck said that he is looking for “a graceful and cool way to segue out of” the Dark Knight role in Matt Reeves upcoming film The Batman. Affleck said, "You don't do it forever so I want to find a graceful and cool way to segue out of it." Now, it seems like his wish has been fulfilled as there are preparations for his exit.

According to reports, John Campea revealed on his YouTube show that the director has already found his replacement. Campea said, "I'm hesitant to say anything, but I talked to a Hollywood producer yesterday and they gave me the name of who Matt Reeves wants [to replace Affleck] as Batman. He added, "And, I've got to be honest with you, that name caught me a little bit by surprise. I called somebody else later in the day, saying 'hey, I heard this, is there any validity to this?' And they said 'well, Matt does want him.' But, that doesn't mean it's going to happen. There's been no movement or anything like that."

The actor was initially in talks to direct ‘The Batman’. He will be next seen in 'Justice League' alongside Gal Gadot, Ezra Miller, Jason Momoa, Ray Fisher and Henry Cavill. The movie is releasing today.
