Brian Tee Shares Shredder Image From TMNT Sequel

The upcoming sequel to the 2014 film Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles will bring back the turtles’ archenemy Shredder. While Tohoru Masamune played the armoured character in the original, this time around, Brian Tee will be portraying the villain. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2: Out of the Shadows will be released on June 3.

The actor took to Twitter to share an image that shows off the character in full armour. He posted, “Ladies and gentlemen… I give you… The…  #SHREDDER”. The image was revealed during the Kid’s Choice Awards. Brian Tee is known for his roles in movies like The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and The Wolverine.

The sequel will have several new additions to the cast including Stephen Amell, Gary Anthony Williams and WWE fighter Sheamus, along with others. Directed by David Green, the movie will bring back Megan Fox as April O'Neil and Will Arnett as Vernon Fenwick. The producers include Michael Bay, Andrew Form, Bradley Fuller, Scott Mednick and Galen Walker.
