Doctor Strange Gets New Poster

The upcoming highly anticipated Marvel flick, ‘Doctor Strange’, has got a new poster showing Benedict Cumberbatch in character with the world spinning behind him. The movie will be hitting the screens on November 4 and will tell the origin story of Doctor Stephen Strange. Scott Derrickson is directing the project from a script penned by Jon Spaihts.

The movie will tell the story of neurosurgeon Doctor Stephen Strange who discovers a secret world of mysticism after a tragic car accident. He then learns how to utilise the vast array of metaphysical abilities to save the world. Benedict will be going against Mads Mikkelsen who plays the lead antagonist, Kaecilius.

The cast for ‘Doctor Strange’ also includes Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, Tilda Swinton as The Ancient One, Benedict Wong as Wong, along with Rachel McAdams, Michael Stuhlbarg and Scott Adkins. Benedict was last seen on screen in ‘Zoolander 2’ and is famous for his portrayal of detective Sherlock Homes in the TV series ‘Sherlock’. He has a few projects lined up which include ‘Magik’, ‘Jungle Book’ and ‘How the Grinch Stole Christmas’.
