Get set for ‘Kung Fu Yoga’ as Jackie Chan plans to shoot in India

Martial arts icon and superstar Jackie Chan has revealed his plans to come to India to shoot his next film apparently titled ‘Kung Fu Yoga’. While the title itself suggests a combo of Chinese and Indian inventions, the project is first of the India-China co-production agreement signed by Chinese president during his visit to India last year.

Talking about his plans to bring the film on floors and visit India, the veteran said, "Yes, I am planning to start a new movie called 'Kungfu Yoga'. That means I will be returning to film in India. Perhaps next time you will interview me on a set”. Jackie added to clarify that he doesn’t believe in specifying films in the category of Bollywood or Hollywood and only respects the script. "I don't think about it in terms of doing a Bollywood movie, or even a Hollywood movie. The most important thing is the script. But, yes, I'm planning the new movie called 'Kungfu Yoga'. Hopefully, we will start filming in the autumn," he told.

Jackie’s historical action film ‘Dragon Blade’ that released across the world last month is scheduled to release in India this Friday. Let’s see how the Indo-Chinese ‘film collaboration’ goes when it hits the ground this autumn.
