Hugh Jackman and Zac Efron will be sharing screen space for the first time in ‘The Greatest Showman’ which is being directed by Michael Gracey. Zac was recently present for an interview with MTV News where he shared an incident that occurred on set. There was a fire which got out of control and he was rescued by his co-star Jackman.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Baywatch actor shared, “It started to get late, and some of the pyrotechnics got a little bit too hot. We burst out of the building. It looked great on camera. We didn't know it (during the stunt), but it was pretty intense. I watched playback, and he saved me from a burning building. It later exploded that night. It was a set, but it later burned down”. Thankfully, no one got hurt.

Zac jokingly added, “Hugh Jackman saving you from a burning building? It's every girl's dream”. ‘The Greatest Showman’ tells the story of PT Barnum who was the founder of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. Jackman will be playing Barnum while Zac will be portraying his apprentice, Phillip.

The movie will be released in December with Rebecca Ferguson, Zendaya and Michelle Williams also starring in it.
