Jeffrey Wright To Star In The Movie Adaptation Of Novel ‘The Goldfinch'

Hollywood actor Jeffrey Wright is known to have starred in movies such as Casino Royale, The Good Dinosaur and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. He is popular for his character as Belize in the popular miniseries Angels in America. According to a story published on variety.com, the star is in talks to star in an upcoming movie adaptation of a popular novel.

The movie will be adapted from the novel ‘The Goldfinch’, which is authored by Donna Tartt. The movie will also star Ansel Elgort as ‘Theodore’ and Aneurin Barnard as ‘Boris’ in the upcoming movie. The movie will be helmed by John Crowley.

The movie will revolve around the character of ‘Theodore Decker’, whose mother gets killed in a terrorist bomb blast at an art museum. The movie will further depict the character living with his father in Las Vegas and later indulging into art forgeries. Jeffrey Wright is said to be portraying the character of Hobie, who helps Theodore in leading a stable life.
