Jim Broadbent Teams Up With Judi Dench For Upcoming Thriller

Jim Broadbent has now joined the hands with Judi Dench for an upcoming thriller. The film is titled as 'Six Minutes to Midnight'. The film, which has now begun production in the U.K., also stars Carla Juri, James D’Arcy and Jones with additional cast members Maria Dragus, Tijan Marei and Franziska Brandmeier.

Notably, the 'Moulin Rouge' actor will join 'Ocean's Thirteen' Eddie Izzard in the thriller set in the 1930s.'Six Minutes to Midnight' is based on true events. The story revolves around a teacher who is assigned to a finishing school on the south coast of England where the daughters of Nazi officials learn to be faithful members of Hitler's League of German Girls.

It is being directed by Andy Goddard of 'Downton Abbey' fame. Celyn Jones is the writer for the film, while, Lionsgate International is selling the worldwide rights for this film. Further, Financed by Motion Picture Capital, the Welsh Government, Ffilm Cymru Wales and West Madison Entertainment, the film is being produced by Sean Marley, Andy Evans and Ade Shannon of Mad as Birds, with Sarah Townsend producing for Ella Communications and Laure Vaysse for REP6.
