Jodie Foster is a well-known name around the world and is acclaimed for her beautiful movies. She had different views on superhero movies that fascinate viewers across the globe. The Academy Award winner had recently opened up about the same in an interview with Radio Times via Daily Mail.

Over superhero movies of Marvel and DC, the lady said, "Going to the movies has become like a theme park." She added, "Studios making bad content in order to appeal to the masses and shareholders is like fracking, you get the best return right now but you wreck the earth." She had recently directed the Arkangel episode in the fourth season of Black Mirror .

Foster made it clear that she is not least interested in making $200 million movies about superheroes. The actor-turned-director said that these are not the reasons why she makes a film. Rather, she makes movies because there are things she had to say in order to figure out who she is or her place in the world, or for her to evolve as a person.
