John Cena Wants To Join The Rock In 'The Fast And Furious' Franchise

Hollywood actor and professional wrestler John Cena is known to have starred in movies such as The Marine, 12 Rounds and The Reunion. He has also been starring in the Hollywood television series American Grit. According to a story published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, John Cena has recently exhibited his wish to star on-screen alongside Dwayne Johnson, who is also a semi-retired professional wrestler.

Moreover, the star wants to join Johnson in ‘The Fast and Furious’ Franchise. He stated, “That stuff is beyond my control, but I would absolutely love that opportunity. That, for me, would be a dream”. The 40-year-old further said, “I'm never really like, 'Oh, I'd like to work with this person,' but I just think between our chemistry in the live performance setting, there's something certainly there with The Rock. So that would be my one name on the wish list”.

Cena will also star in the upcoming movie ‘Bumblebee: The Movie’. The upcoming movie will be a spinoff from the Transformers series. The movie will star Hailee Steinfeld in the lead role. It will hit the theatres on December 21, 2018.
