The clip is a home video shot by Courtney Love. It shows Kurt Cobain lying in bed with some food and a bucket of vomit beside him. Courtney askes him, “Why do you feel so bad?” to which Kurt replies, “Why? Because I want to. It’s my fault”. He tells her about his stomach problem and says, “I was sedated in the arm” and Courtney says, “Mmm, you must have liked that! We all know about your little problem!” Kurt replies, “Oh, needles, needles, keep ‘em coming!”

The hit Sundance documentary is directed by Brett Morgen. It focuses on the rise and fall of the late Nirvana frontman, during his early days in Aberdeen. A lot of archive footage is used in the documentary. It also shows Dave Grohl, Don Cobain, Jenny Cobain and Kim Cobain as themselves.
