Men In Black 4 To Have Female Agent

Producer Laurie MacDonald, while in conversation with BBC has revealed that the fourth chapter of the Men In Black franchise will have a female agent added to the board. The character, which is under development, will be prominent to the story of the film. “There will be a prominent Woman in Black in the fourth [film]”, she said. The producer is developing the character along with husband Walter Parkes.

Will Smith hasn’t been roped in for the project as of now. But it said that he will for sure be a part of the project. “Never count Will out”, Parkes told BBC.

Men in Black 3, the last film in the series had hit the theatres in 2012. MIB 2 released in 2002. Considering the gap, MIB is coming up quite early. Parkes explained, “We are quite early on in it. We sort of looked at the first three in retrospect as a bit of a trilogy”. With the fourth chapter, the makers of the film are up for “reinvention” of the franchise.
