Morgan Freeman Apologises For After Being Accused Of Sexual Harassment

Renowned actor Morgan Freeman is making the headlines these days. The actor has received acclaim for his not extraordinary performances in films but now receiving hatred for being accused of harassing several women who have worked with him. Even a journalist from a leading international publication accused him of the same.

On this, Morgan Freeman recently issued an apology which read, “Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent”.

As per the reports, there were 16 women, each of whom had worked with Freeman over the span of his career and they had significant evidence against the actor. Moreover, eight female actors alleged that the actor inappropriately touched them and commented on their bodies. Further, as per the updates, Morgan was honoured with a lifetime achievement award in January that the Screen Actors Guild is now considering withdrawing.
