New Trailer for Ash vs Evil Dead Released

The forthcoming series titled Ash vs Evil Dead has got a new trailer which was released by Starz. The show is a follow up to the renowned horror film franchise The Evil Dead. It will be aired on Halloween night.

The first season will have 10 episodes. Bruce Campbell will be returning as Ash the chainsaw handed monster hunter. He is forced to take action against the Deadite plague which threatens all of mankind. Ash who had earlier decided to stay away from all responsibilities and the threat of the Evil Dead for 30 years now faces the monsters in and around him.

The first episode of Ash vs Evil Dead will be directed by Sam Raimi. The episode has been written by Ivan Raimi, Tom Spezialy and Sam himself. The original filmmakers Sam Raimi, Rob Tapert and Bruce Campbell will executive producing the series along with Craig DiGregorio. The cast will include Lucy Lawless, Ray Santiago, Dana DeLorenzo and Jill Marie Jones.
