Official Trailer For Ghostbusters Released

Sony Pictures Entertainment has released the official trailer for the upcoming Ghostbusters flick. The movie will star Melissa McCarthy, Kristen Wiig, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones as the four ghostbusters. The trailer provides a glimpse of what the movie has in store and judging by the 3.5 million views in just a day, Ghostbusters sure looks promising.

The movie will be director Paul Feig’s reimagination of the original Ghostbusters which was a huge hit back in 1984. The original cast included all male protagonists with Harold Ramis, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Ernie Hudson as the supernatural fighting team. The new film will showcase female protagonists along with Chris Hemsworth as their new secretary.

Written by Feig and Katie Dippold, Ghostbusters will be released on July 15. The cast also includes Andy Garcia, Michael K. Williams, Matt Walsh and Neil Casey, along with Pat Kiernan. The movie is produced by Amy Pascal and Katie Dippold.
