Oscar Winning Director Wishes To Create New ‘Deadpool’ Film With Quentin Tarantino

Spanish director Pedro Almodovar has never made an English language film. But now reports suggest that the Oscar winning filmmaker might soon make an English film. Movie buffs will be quite excited to know that the film he plans to make in English is a superhero film.

Reports suggest that Pedro is keen on creating a new ‘Deadpool’ film with Quentin Tarantino. In one of his recent interviews he said, “I’d love to do that (direct a Deadpool movie), but the script would have to be by Quentin Tarantino, who would be perfect for this movie”. He added, “I’d love to do that (direct a Deadpool movie), but the script would have to be by Quentin Tarantino, who would be perfect for this movie”.

The Ryan Reynolds starrer released earlier this year in February and did a colossal business across the globe. It managed to gross $742 million worldwide, and is the sixth highest-grossing film of this year. Let’s hope that Pedro soon enters Hollywood and delivers a stunner along with Tarantino.
