Patrick Stewart Spotted On Wolverine 3 Set

Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart are back together in Wolverine 3. Australian actor Hugh Jackman, who has played mutant Wolverine in the X-Men series, will be seen reprising his role in Wolverine 3. In the new stills from the film, Jackman is seen sporting grey hair and a beard.

Hugh Jackman is seen pushing his co-star Patrick Stewart in a wheelchair. This is the fifth X-Men movie the pair has appeared in together. They kicked off the franchise in 2000 with the original movie, teaming up again for X2: X-Men United in 2003 and X-Men: The Last Stand in 2006. They then reunited in 2014 for X-Men: Days of Future Past. Stewart also appeared in the post-credit stinger for The Wolverine. Jackman played Wolverine for the first time in the 2000 film X-Men by Bryan Singer.

They were also joined in the shot by a young actress. The new movie is being directed by James Mangold and the film also stars Patrick Stewart, Boyd Holbrook, Richard E Grant, Eriq La Salle and Stephen Merchant. Wolverine 3 is currently being filmed in New Orleans, Lousiana and will hit screens on March 3 next year.
