Rachel Weisz Wishes To Play Superhero

Actress Rachel Weisz has recently revealed that she desires to star in a film like Wonder Woman. She also said that the superhero film was her favourite film of 2017. Wonder Woman directed by Patty Jenkins starred Gal Gadot in the lead character. The actress expressed that she would like to portray a similar role.

According to reports, Weisz said, “I'm totally open to doing the big movies. Maybe I was more in the mood for smaller, more character-driven movies, but now I'm quite in the mood for a... But I just can't make it happen. Someone has to offer it to me”, further adding, “And I can't produce one of those. I wouldn't know how to do that”.

The actress also said that she was over the moon to see that a female-centric character movie can make tons of money. She further added that Wonder Woman is the first action movie she had really enjoyed watching as the titular character and her alter ego Diana Prince resonated with her. Meanwhile, Weisz has been married to actor Daniel Craig and has a son with former partner Darren Aronofsky.
