Robin Wright is coming back to entertain her fans. Yes, the actress is all set to reprise her role as Amazonian warrior general Antiope in 'Wonder Woman 1984'. If we go by the reports, the star is currently shooting a flashback sequence in the film in Spain.

She is filming with Connie Nielsen, who played Wonder Woman's mother, Queen Hippolyta. Wright's character had died in the first film. She is Diana/Wonder Woman's aunt and the one responsible for teaching her warrior craft.

According to the reports, the film has already made news for bringing another character back from the dead, Chris Pine's Steve Trevor. Other than this, director Patty Jenkins is returning for the much-anticipated sequel. This has created a lot of excitement among the fans and we just can’t wait to watch the film. Antiope and Queen Hippolyta are two of the most important figures in Diana's life, so it makes sense that a flashback will take place. Wonder Woman 1984 filmed in the Washington D.C. area for most of the summer and has now reportedly started filming in England.
