Avengers actress Scarlett Johansson was recently present at Power of Women Luncheon by Variety where she encouraged young girls to take risks in life. She stated that taking risks can be extremely rewarding and that young girls should not be afraid. Scarlett also said that there is a lot of pressure on women to be a certain way, which is wrong.

“Take risks and don't be afraid to fail because the upside of that is just so rewarding. I've really built a career on taking risks and sometimes it doesn't pan out but like I said, the upside has been hugely rewarding”, said the actress. The 31-year-old has been quite active in collaborating with a non-profit organization called Planned Parenthood. It provides reproductive health services across the globe.

On the work front, Scarlett's voice will be featured in the animated flick, ‘Sing’. She will be the voice of Ash. She also has a few upcoming projects including ‘Rock That Body’ and ‘Ghost in the Shell’. Her last appearance on the big screen was in ‘Captain America: Civil War’ where she reprised her role as Black Widow.
