There were quite a few people who were disappointed when they watched the much hyped, recently released film Suicide Squad. Among those disappointed people, was a disgruntled fan who has decided to take action to rectify the disappointment. He has decided to take legal action against Warner Bros as the Joker scenes that they showed in the trailers were not present in the film.

The fan goes by the Reddit username BlackPanther2016 and has stated that his case has been accepted and the hearing will commence on August 11. He explained through a post that he drove 300 miles from Scotland to London to watch the movie, specifically the certain Joker scenes that were advertised in the trailers. These scenes include: when Joker says ‘Let me show you my toys’, when Joker drops a bomb with his face all messed up and says, ‘Bye bye!’, and a few other scenes.

The fan has started a petition on Change.org for all the people who want a refund. He claims that Warner Bros are responsible for “false advertising”. He also added that he asked for a refund from the theatre where he watched the movie and they simply laughed at him and kicked him out.
