Pawan Kumar Stands For Gender Equality

Lucia filmmaker, Pawan Kumar took time out of his busy schedule and went early on Sunday to participate in a special event to flag off a walkathon for gender equality. It was organised at Cubbon Park for the children of Edify School for gender equality. The U Turn maker felt a duty to be part of this noble event.

"I was asked by the school authorities to flag off the walkathon, which was aimed at making children aware of respecting women. Such values need to be inculcated at a very young age, so the school wanted to create a strong experience for the children. It was nice to see kids assembling early on a Sunday morning with their parents, holding placards and walking from Cubbon Park to Trinity Circle", explained Pawan.

Pawan Kumar is presently working on C10H14N2, which is again crown funded flick, as was Lifeu Ishtene. The young filmmaker has been focussing completely on direction and has big plans for this one.
