Prashant Raj Ropes In Priya Anand For His Next Directorial 'Orange'

Sandalwood filmmaker Prashant Raj is known to have helmed movies such as Zoom, Love Guru and Gaana Bajaana. The director is currently shooting for his next movie titled as ‘Orange’. The upcoming movie will star Ganesh in the lead role.

According to news published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, Prashant has roped in actress Priya Anand as the lead actress for ‘Orange’. On being asked about casting Priya for the role, Prashant said, “I was looking for an exclusive pairing opposite Ganesh, who can create magic on screen, and we felt Priya was the right choice. Her career as an actress extends from Bollywood to Mollywood”.

He further said, “The actress has her own versatility that she will bring to the film. When I was thinking to bring in a fresh pair opposite Ganesh, she fit the bill and so I decided on her”. Priya Anand is known to have made her debut in Sandalwood with Raajakumara, which stars Puneeth Rajkumar. The cinematography of ‘Orange’ is being done by Santhosh Rai Pataje. The music of the movie is composed by Joshua Sridhar.
