    Puneeth Rajkumar, one of the leading actors in Sandalwood, has been staying in Hubballi, since few days, to shoot for his upcoming film, Doddamane Huduga. He will be seen sharing screen with the Moggina Manasu actress, Radhika Pandit. The stay has refreshed memories of his father, Rajkumar, as he has also shot many films in the city.

    The Anna Bond actor said, “Many of my father's films were shot here, including the iconic Huttidare Kannada Nadalli Huttabeku, which was filmed at KC Circle. So, the city evokes warm memories of my father. People have a lot of regard and respect for him, and it shows when I meet fans. We will be here for another week, so I'll have time to experience the true essence of the city”.

    Though, the actor has visited the city many times, but he added, “As for shooting, it's the second time I've come here for a film. Previously, I had shot here for Ajay”. He also has many friends there. “Food is another aspect that I love about the city. The food street here features some of the best local delicacies, so I usually ask friends to fetch me some of it. My favourites include Jolada Rotti and Mandakki”, said the actor. But the Siddharoodha Mutt holds the greatest importance in Rajkumar’s family.
