Roopa Iyer Direct A Movie Based On The Early Life Of PM Narendra Modi

Sandalwood filmmaker Roopa Iyer is known to have starred in movies such as Chandra and Mukhaputa. The director is popular for her offbeat method of depicting the storyline in her movies. According to news published on timesofindia.indiatimes.com, Iyer is working on her upcoming movie.

The storyline of the upcoming movie will revolve around the life of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Regarding the movie, Iyer said, “We aren’t trying to showcase his political ideologies or his manifestos. Instead, this will try and showcase a side to him that hardly anyone knows”.

She further added, “This film will see his journey from a youngster till now and all his spiritual beliefs that have made him the world-renowned diplomat that he is. Not many know that he used to do theatre as a child and also participated in debate competitions. We’re yet to cast for the film. We will have different actors playing Narendra Modi the child, the youth and the Prime Minister”. The upcoming movie will be a Kannada-Hindi bilingual project.
