Santhu’s College Kumar To Have Remakes?

Latest news reveals that film College Kumar, which has been recently released might ve remade in different languages. The Kannada film has been directed by Santhu and it had hit the screens 50 days ago. Reports reveal that the team has been travelling to the South and Bollywood to showcase their film to acclaimed directors.

They have approached many acclaimed directors in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam film industries, who are keen on remaking the film in their own languages. And, it has been learnt that Bollywood director Satish Kaushik seems to be interested in the script of the film. Satish Kaushik had directed films like Tere Naam, Hamara Dil Apke Paas Hai.

Santhu revealed, “We met Satish Kaushik after he watched the film and told us he was interested in remaking the same in Hindi. We are in the process of handing over the bound script to him”. It would indeed be an accomplishment to have another Kannada movie in Bollywood.
