Yash To Star In Kannada Version Of 'Arjun Reddy'?

It has been heard that the latest release super hit Telugu movie ‘Arjun Reddy’ is all set to be remade in Sandalwood. The Vijay starrer has created a lot of buzzes and has been directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga . The film also featured actress Shalini Pandey, who will be seen in a key role in the biopic on Savithri.

The Producer of the film Rockline Venkatesh seems to be interested to acquire the remake rights of the movie. According to sources, Rockline Venkatesh will be casting Rocking Star Yash to play the role, however, in the original film, Vijay Devarakonda was playing the lead character. Meanwhile, the cast is yet to be confirmed.

Further, a source revealed, “Though the story has a universal appeal, it did draw from Vijay Devarakonda’s image, and the Kannada remake will have changes to make the best of Yash’s image”. Moreover, it has been heard that for the Kollywood version of the film, actor Dhanush has bought the remake rights. Further, the producer is also set to start work on his next with director Priya V.
