Anu Sithara’s Plate Is Full With Five Releases

Actress Anu Sithara who till last year was only seen in character roles in Mollywood has five movies in her kitty where she will be seen in lead roles. The dancer-turned actress who hails from Wayanad is currently busy shooting for Captain which also stars Jayasuriya. Captain is her second movie with Jayasuriya. She earlier acted with him in Fukri.

Captain is based on the true life events of a football player V P Sathyan which will be essayed by Jayasuriya. In the movie, Anu will be seen playing the character of his wife, Anitha Sathyan. The film chronicles three timelines- the periods before and after marriage, and post motherhood. It mainly focuses on the events from the 90s to 2006. Anu will be seen wearing polka dot dresses, loose salwars, puff-sleeved tops, saris and more in the film.

Besides, the 21-year-old actress will also be seen in Ranjith Sankar's Ramante Edenthottam, Achayans, Sarvopari Palakkaran and Naval Enna Jewel. In Ramante Edenthottam she plays a middle-aged character and is paired opposite Kunchacko Boban. In Naval Enna Jewel, she will be seen playing a school girl.
