Kalidas Jayaram All Set For His Mollywood Entry

After gaining immense recognition and fame in Kollywood, Kalidas Jayaram is all set to for a Mollywood entry. The actor however worked in a Malayalam film ‘Kochu Kochu Santhoshangal’ at the age of 7. But now, the actor is debuting in a Malayalam film as a hero.

Talking to Deccan Chronicle, Kalidas says, “I’ve always wanted to debut in Malayalam but I was not getting the right scripts. When Abrid Shine approached me with this film, I immediately hopped on board. This is a campus movie and will focus more on the emotional side of a student.”

He further added, “When I was a child artiste, it was easy. I did not know anything and I had no inhibitions. However, now as a hero, the whole script rides on me. It is difficult yet I am very happy about the choices I am making right now.” Additionally, he is busy working in a couple of Tamil flicks and will perhaps take up this Malayalam project after wrapping up the on-going ventures.
