Lakshmi Menon: I Have Been Dancing Much Before I Came Into Films

Actress Lakshmi Menon, who made her debut in a Malayalam film with Vinayan has also explored the Kollywood industry well. The actress starred in many films with actors like Jiiva, Ajith, Vishal, Gautham Karthik, Vikram Prabhu, Sasi Kumar and Siddharth. The actress has last acted in ‘Avatharam’, after which she has not done any Malayalam film.

The actress in a recent interview, revealed, “I have been learning classical dance since a long time. My mother is a classical dancer and she is my guru. In fact, I have been dancing much before I came into films”. The actress is busy shooting for her upcoming comedy film ‘Yung Mung Sung’.

Further, Lakshmi is busy working on a project in Kerala, which she had earlier announced at a press meet in Kochi. She will be staging a dance performance at the Changampuzha Park on October 2. The actress will be seen paired with Prabhu Deva in the film ‘Yung Mung Sung’, which has been directed by M. S. Arjun.
