Lijo Jose Pellissery Starts Shooting For His Next

Acclaimed filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery, who is famous for making films like Amen and Angamaly Diaries, is gearing up for his next directorial venture. The film is titled Ee Ma Yau (an acronym of Eesho Mariyan Ouseppu) and will star actors Chemban Vinod Jose, Vinayakan and Dileesh Pothan in the lead roles. It is for the first time that Vinayakan and Dileesh Pothan are working with the filmmaker.

Lijo, Chemban and Vinod Jose took to Twitter to announce about the movie along with the poster. The team has started shooting for the flick in Chellanam in Kochi. The movie is a satire which is set in a village where the occupation of most of the people is fishing.

Apart from these actors, the film will also feature some newcomers from the village itself. Well known cinematographer cum director Shyju Khalid will crank the camera for the movie. PF Mathews has penned the script. Music composer Prashanth Pillai, who has scored tunes for most of Lijo’s films, will be providing the music for this project also. Rajesh George Kulangara has bankrolled the movie.
