    Mammootty’s ‘Puthiya Niyamam’ Bags U/A Certificate

    Mammootty’s upcoming film ‘Puthiya Niyamam’ has faced repeated postponements. The film was supposed to hit screens on December 24, but because some post-production activities were still to be wrapped up, the movie was pushed back to January 29. The film has been now postponed to first week of February.

    The team of the flick is now gearing up for the release of the film. It has completed its censor formalities and the A.K. Sajan directorial has received U/A certificate from the censor board. The film is touted to be a thriller and will revolve around an inter-caste couple Louis Pathan and Vasuki Iyer.

    People have great expectations from the film as it marks the reunion of director A.K. Sajan with Bhaskar The Rascal actor. The duo delivered hit film ‘Dhruvam’ back in 1993 and the actor’s character of Narasimha Mannadiyar was liked by the audiences. Both will be looking to recreate the magic again with this film in which Nayantara plays the female lead.
