Mohanlal To Play Taxi Driver Again

Mohanlal is all set to essay the role of a taxi driver once again after ‘Loham’ in G. Prajith’s upcoming titled ‘Benz Vasu’. The Mollywood superstar will be seen playing a full-fledged comedy role in the movie. Mohanlal’s character is named ‘Vasu’, who takes care of his old classic ambassador like it’s a luxury Benz car.

According to a source to TOI, “Mohanlal plays a taxi driver named Vasu, who owns one of the first Ambassadors in his village and has a deep emotional bond with his car. He loves it as if it's his own family member. A certain incident related to the vehicle brings in the twist in the tale and takes the plot forward”. The script of the film will be penned by K.R. Sunil.

About other details of the movie, the source added, “Right now, only Mohanlal has been confirmed for the movie. The rest of the details will be decided within a fortnight”. The shooting of the film is expected to begin this year itself.
