Here's All You Need To Know About The Biggest Cameo in Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

Even before the release of the trailer of Karan Johar's Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, it was known that the movie will have a lot of stellar cameos. After all it's a Karan Johar movie and it is one of his favourite tricks. 

And after Shah Rukh Khan was spotted in the trailer and Lisa Haydon had a glimpse in in The Breakup Song, now confirmation of the third star has also been confirmed.

Alia Bhatt, who has worked closely with Karan Johar for quite a while now, will have a key cameo in the upcoming movie. The news was confirmed by Karan Johar himself, who in an interview with Rajeev Masand brought up the the topic:

"Don’t believe what you read [about cameos]. Cameos in this film are not like how they normally are. There are no cameos for no reason. Everyone playing a part in the film is there for a reason, barring Alia Bhatt, I would say. By the time this comes, you would know she’s doing a cameo in the film. She’s playing a DJ in the very song we’re in. We had a part for a DJ who was very much a part of the script, so there was a link about how it happens – and I was like, if somebody’s gotta do it, then why not somebody I love?"

It has been reported that what Karan Johar is referring to is the The Breakup Song itself. Even though the actress isn't seen in the promotional version of the song, it is probable that she will be seen in the film version of it.
