When he came with Varun, the latter teased him that he's been wanting to marry Anushka ever since. Taking that peg, K Jo teased Anusha on the show, and next we know is Arjun came out of nowhere and set between the two hotties. 

Wha'ts interesting about this episode is the fact that Anushka and Katrina, both are close to Salman in different ways. Anushka has done Sultan with him and besides being his ex-girlfriend, Katrina is family to him. It will be interesting to see their take on Salman and life.
