We Wish Imtiaz Ali's 'India Tomorrow' Is Our Tomorrow Too!

Imtiaz Ali who has given us some great films like 'Highway' and 'Jab We Met' and now the director has released a 5 and a half minute short film on Facebook. The film titled 'India Tomorrow' does what Imitiaz is best at doing - saying the biggest thing in the simplest way. 

The film starts with a phone conversation interrupting a sex worker and her client. As the news of Sensex crash reaches the client he is baffled but what shocks him more is the thing the sex worker says next. The film is a conversation between the man and this woman and how everything she tells him defines her a little more than just her work. Though he does shake her off his back initially, but later turns to her for advice. 

The film needs no more description than this. But if this is India tomorrow then we need more of this.
